We are presently exploring avenues for the replacement of the damaged pebblecrete surrounding the pool area.

Additionally, we are considering the expansion of the pool area to incorporate a deck, thus enhancing accessibility for all residents to utilise this amenity.

We are also evaluating potential enhancements to the communal BBQ area situated within the common room vicinity. This includes the exploration of options to remove existing foliage and introduce tables, along with integrating the BBQ into the space to facilitate improved usability.
