Please help to maintain our property and lifestyle by observing the following guidelines.
All rubbish must be placed inside the garbage bins provided (Lane Cove Council will not collect boxes or bags).
Please note that recycling facilities have been provided and it would be appreciated if all residents could utilise these facilities as much as possible. Lane Cove Council will sort the rubbish as follows
Only paper and cardboard goes into bins with a blue lid
Glass plastics and metal cans can go into bins with a yellow lid
No plastic bags to go into the recycling bins
Plastic bags inside cardboard cereal boxes is not recyclable. Please take this out and put in a general bin
Egg cartons go into the blue lidded bins
Food scraps go into the general rubbish bins
Milk cartons go in the blue lidded bins
Polystyrene and Styrofoam goes in the general rubbish bins
Please do not dump unwanted materials on the nature strip or in the garbage alcove. See ‘Bin & Waste Collection’ for further information.
It is not permitted to hang washing on the balcony
No goods to be stored in the car parking bays or surrounding areas
No goods other than children’s prams to be kept in foyers or common areas
There is a bike rack for common use near the northern stairwell.
The Owners Corporation take no responsibility for any lost, stolen or damaged items left on common property

All units will have allocated parking, please ensure you use the correct parking bay allocated to you under your contract for sale. If you are unsure, please check your contract or real estate agent if you are renting.
We have 6 undercover visitor parking spaces and another 5 along the north eastern fence.

All renovations must be passed by our Strata Management and Strata Committee for approval first.
To lodge a renovation application, you can submit a form via the Strata Choice website. You will need to know our strata plan number (7166), and full details of the renovation.
Once they are happy that your plans meet regulations, they will inform the Strata Committee and it will need to be approved via a SCM, AGM or EGM

We have many pets that reside at Barclay Gardens, if you wish to add a pet to your home, you must get approval first. You can submit a pet application form here, and the Strata Committee will review.

Pool hours are 6am - 9pm
Children under the age of 12 must be supervised at all times.
